Subsurface scattering (SSS) simulates the effect of light scattering inside an object. It is useful for translucent materials like skin, wax, and ice. Rotate the lights with ALT-drag (or three finger drag on mobile) to see this effect change in real-time. SSS is available on all plans, including Basic – learn how to use it on our Help Center.Original model ‘King of The Forest‘ published by Adam Beamish under a Creative Commons Attribution license.
